hpaC inducible generator with lacI promotor (J04500)

This composite part contains the gene encoding E. coli's HpaC enzyme under control of the lacI promotor (BBa_J04500). HpaC is an oxidoreductase capable of recycling FMN to FMNH2 while converting NADH to NAD. This part is used in conjuctions with the 4S desulfurization pathway to replace DszD. Doing so improves the rate of desulfurization 7-10x.
